About the project
Tilda’s Project Pass is an initiative aimed at transforming rice cultivation in India, with a focus on reducing pesticide content in the crop to meet European market standards. For this project, Tilda partnered with farmers to help them develop more sustainable farming practices. Our task was to document the year-long journey and the profound impact the project had on the farmers and their crops. The film captures the essence of this initiative, showing the work that went into developing rice with minimal chemical content. Through a series of on-ground testimonials and interviews, we were able to tell an authentic, compelling story of transformation. Our two-day shoot allowed us to connect directly with the farmers involved, highlighting their stories and the challenges they faced in making the switch to more eco-friendly practices.
From the farmers’ dedication to the technical expertise provided by Tilda, every aspect of the process was captured in detail. The end result is a film that not only educates viewers on the importance of sustainable farming practices but also showcases the real-life benefits of such initiatives. The authenticity of the footage and the stories shared were crucial to telling a truthful and impactful narrative. Through our post-production work, we were able to enhance the visuals and bring together the story in a cohesive, powerful way. The finished film reflects the genuine spirit of Tilda’s Project Pass and its dedication to both improving the quality of life for farmers and ensuring the sustainability of their practices.
