Refund and Cancellation Policy*

1. Cancellation of Subscription

You have the right to cancel your subscription plan with The Qurious Studio at any time. To cancel your subscription:

  •  Alternatively log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions.

 

2. Refund Policy

a. Monthly Subscription

If you cancel your monthly subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming month. However, we do not provide refunds for the current month.

b. Annual Subscription

If you cancel your annual subscription before the next billing cycle, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months of your subscription. We will deduct the charges for the months you have used from the total amount paid.

3. Refund Processing Time

Upon receiving your refund or exchange request, our team at The Qurious Studio will initiate the processing within 7 days. The exact processing time may vary based on the payment method, financial institution, and other factors beyond our control.

Once the refund has been processed from our end, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies. We will make our best efforts to expedite this process and ensure that you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

 

4. No Refunds After the Next Billing Cycle

For both monthly and annual subscriptions, we do not provide refunds for the billing cycle in progress. Refunds are only applicable for future billing cycles.

 

5. Special Cases

In certain cases, The Qurious Studio may issue refunds or credits, at its sole discretion, if there are extenuating circumstances. Such cases will be assessed on an individual basis.
