  • Why are good creatives important for my business?
    In today's digital age, communication is crucial to the success of a business. Moreover, with most people turning to the internet for information and to make purchasing decisions, not having a strong online presence can result in missed opportunities. Good creatives help establish credibility, drives traffic and leads, and can ultimately lead to increased sales and profits for your business.
  • Do you have experience in my industry?
    We have worked with over 100 businesses across a wide range of industries, so there is a good chance that we have experience in your industry or something related to it. However, even if we don't have specific industry experience, our principles are universal and have been successfully applied to clients with diverse products.
  • How do I get started with your creative agency?
    To get started, you can schedule a discovery call with us or fill out our contact form. After understanding the scope of work, we shall share an estimated cost with you. Once we receive your go ahead, we will send you an agreement to review and e-sign and invoice you for 50% of the project cost to begin work. Once the invoice is paid, we will set up communication channels and begin to work.
  • Who will be working on my project?
    Our team consists of Videographers, Designers, Photographers and other professionals highly experienced in their respective domains. We prioritize communication and process management to ensure that your project is completed to your satisfaction.
  • How do you determine the cost of a project?
    The best way for us to budget for the deliverables for your new project is that we ask you to create a scope of work or RFP and send it to us. Additionally, you can send us 2-3 samples that you like for inspiration. Once you share this information, we can review it and determine a tentative cost for doing the project.
  • What are the payment terms for a typical project?
    For a new project, we require 50% payment before we start and 50% when the project is complete and you are 100% satisfied. For scope of work add-ons during an active project, we require 100% payment upfront to keep things streamlined.
  • How long does a typical project take?
    The duration of a project depends on its scope and complexity. Once we have a clear understanding of your project's scope, we will be able to give you a more accurate timeline. In general, a simple project can take 1-2 weeks, while a more complex project can take longer.
  • Why should I choose Qurious as a Creative agency over other agencies?
